There was extensive work needing to be done in the back yard and under the raised section of my house at Margate, 4019. A 75 sq metres of concreting under the house with sides and back of yard to be incorporated into the landscape design to give an overall picture of inclusion and flow through. There were also water and drainage issues which had to be overcome and privacy from neighbours was another requirement.

I really had no idea how to go about this, but Adrian's ideas and suggestions were excellent. Flowing from a side entrance pergola (privacy) with Murrayas, to a charcoal floor stepping pavers area with L - shaped white lattice (privacy) leading to an open barbeque area and raised garden to include an established mango tree with a further designed garden at the back fence to give a court yard feel. The side exit is stepping tiles and red pebbles with Lilly Pilly screening.

All this was achieved within a fortnight and progressed at a very high standard. There was little inconvenience to myself or neighbours.

I would recommend Adrian without hesitation, and that you will be very pleased with the outcome of his work.
